The 2020-2021 school year grant cycle opens on August 1, 2020 and will close on April 30, 2021. Please fill out an application below.

Application Form

  • GUIDELINES: Teachers may apply only once per grant cycle. Grant requests must not exceed $1,000. The average grant amount given is between $200-$500. At this time we are only approving grant requests for books that are accompanied by a written letter of approval for the reading materials by your school superintendent or principal. Although the maximum grant request allowed is $1,000, very few grants at that level are given.

    Please complete all fields of the grant request, and include your personal phone number so we may get in touch with you if necessary. All information is kept confidential and will only be used in an effort to contact you about your grant request.
